Changes – Returns – Product Replacement

For all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you must notify us within five (5) days of receipt at the e-mail address info@tinyaccessories.gr notifying us of the reason for return or replacement and providing a contact phone number. Alternatively, you can contact us at +30 210 68 28 180 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00-14:00). Then the parcel should be delivered to a store of ELTA Courier in order to be shipped at the headstore (Andrea Papandreou 15, Chalandri, ZIP code : 152 34).

Returns Policy:

  1. The product must not have been used
       
  2. The return must take place within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of contacting us
       
  3. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Shipping Receipt-Invoice, etc.)
       
  4. The product must be in the condition shipped by the sender, complete and without any     damage, while its packaging should be the one that originally accompanied the product.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:

i. SHIPPING WRONG PRODUCT

In cases where, with our proven fault, products were delivered to you in a different design or size than that of the order you placed, you can return the products.

ii. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought, within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the product, and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have already paid, or at an additional price if you wish to purchase either additional items or something more expensive.

The return of the product in cases i and ii, is free of charge within Greece, if the mistake is proven and always after contact with our physical store at +30 +30 210 68 28 180 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00-14:00).

iii. PRODUCT CHANGE

In case you want to change the product you bought, contact us directly at +30 210 68 28 180 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00-14:00).

In case the product does not suit you, you can return it within five (5) working days, only after contacting our physical store at +30 210 68 28 180 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00-14:00).

The change of the product costs 2.5 € up to 2 kg and will be carried out only through the cooperating shipping companies. If the consumer for any reason prefers a different shipping company, the cost of shipping is dictated by the respective transport company. The shipping costs burden the consumer, otherwise the product change won’t be accepted by our store.

The products, which have been purchased from the online store “tinyaccessories.gr” can be changed in our physical store (Andrea Papandreou 15, Chalandri, ZIP code : 152 34) always after contacting us at +30 210 68 28 180 (Monday-Saturday, 10:00-14:00).

No change will be made if not prior consultation with our store and if there is no original Proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice etc).

iv. WITHDRAWAL

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after receiving their order, without justifying the return, and request a refund of the purchased product value without necessarily placing a new order.

The return of the products should be done exclusively by a shipping company that our store will indicate to you and the return fee is  2.5 € up to 2 kg. This amount is deposited in an account of the Eurobank indicated by our store or it is deducted from the total withdrawal amount. If the consumer for whatever reason prefers a different company, the costs burden them entirely.

Returned products should not have been used. Refund is applied for products purchased by any means of payment and concerns only orders placed from the online store and / or phone orders.

If the purchase was conducted by card, the refund is deposited on the same card used for the purchase. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit purchases, the refund is applied by deposit to the personal Eurobank account dictated to us by the consumer.

The refund is completed within 14 (calendar) days from the date that the store receives the returned products. However, the store may delay to refund the money if there is a delay in receiving the products or the receipt of return.

In any case the refund is made only when the products are returned to the store and only after they are inspected that they are in excellent condition. Responsibility for the correctness of the personal bank account details for the deposit of the refund belongs exclusively to the customer.

Any other charges and bank charges are borne entirely by the customer and the store has no responsibility over the charged amount, because this is determined by each bank.

The withdrawal concerns exclusively the value of the product and does not include the service of cash on delivery and shipping costs.
